We supply and machine PTFE, PFA, PVDF, and PCTFE sheet, rod, and custom profiles for semiconductor and industrial fluid-handling applications, alongside PEEK and general engineering plastics like PA66+GF.
PFA, PVDF, and PCTFE are extruded in-house, using imported resin as standard — we switch to domestic resin only when a customer specifically requests it. We don't produce our own resin pellets from raw polymer; some suppliers in this market do. We focus on what comes after that: extrusion and precision machining.
PTFE is the one material we source from established resin suppliers and machine in-house — it can't be melt-extruded like the others, so this is standard practice across the industry, not something specific to us.
Beyond standard round rod and flat sheet, a significant part of our extrusion work is custom profiles — non-standard cross-sections built to a customer's drawing. For parts with unusual geometries, this usually saves a machining step and reduces material waste compared to starting from round stock.
Rather than one team running every material, we're organized into specialized groups by material family — the team working with PVDF day in and day out isn't the same team machining PA66+GF structural parts. Fluoropolymers, PEEK, and general engineering plastics don't behave the same way on the machine, and this is how we keep tolerance control and surface finish consistent across each one.
Every material we supply comes with RoHS, REACH, and COA documentation available on request. Our quality systems include ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (medical devices), IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 14001 (environmental), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).
