How Custom Service Works

Send your drawing (2D/3D) or describe your application — material, dimensions, and performance requirements.

Step 2: Material Selection & Custom Modification
Our team recommends the right base material, and if needed, customizes the formulation — adjusting hardness/rigidity, heat or cold resistance, UV resistance, flame retardancy, or color matching to fit your working environment.

Step 3: Technical Evaluation & Quote
We evaluate feasibility based on your requirements and provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Step 4: Sample & Confirm
Request a free sample (just cover shipping) to test machinability and performance before bulk order.

Step 5: Production & Delivery
From CNC machining to precision cutting and finishing, we handle production end-to-end — from prototype to bulk order.

  • Q What is your MOQ?

    A For stock items, MOQ is just 1 piece (we cut to size!). For custom extrusion, it's usually 50-100kg. CNC parts have no MOQ. Need a free sample? Just pay the shipping!

  • Q Do you offer samples for testing?

    A Yes, we offer free small samples (e.g., 100x100mm sheet or 100mm rod) for most materials. You only need to cover the express shipping cost. This allows you to test machinability and performance before placing a bulk order.

  • Q Can you manufacture finished plastic parts based on my drawings?

    A Absolutely. We have an in-house CNC machining center. Simply send us your 2D/3D drawings (PDF, STEP, IGS) along with material requirements and quantity. We will evaluate feasibility and provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

  • Q Do you offer cutting services? What are the tolerances?

    A
    Yes, we offer precision cutting to your exact dimensions.
    Saw Cutting: Standard tolerance ±0.5mm.
    CNC Machining: Precision tolerance up to ±0.02mm for finished parts.
    We can cut sheets into strips, squares, or circles, and turn rods to specific diameters and lengths to minimize your waste and machining time.

  • Q Can you provide material certifications?

    A Yes. We provide COA, RoHS, REACH, and FDA compliance certificates upon request.
