Choose PSU if cost efficiency and good heat resistance (up to ~174°C) are the priority. Choose PPSU if your application involves frequent steam sterilization or higher impact toughness — PPSU has significantly better hydrolysis resistance and durability under repeated autoclave cycles, though at a higher cost.
